We're looking for a licensed Master Esthetician who combines advanced treatment skills with personalized care to help clients achieve their skin goals and build lasting relationships. Schedule Mondays, Tuesdays, and one (1) Saturday per month Preferred start: October​ -​ Nov​ember 2026 Required Experience Active Virginia Master Esthetician license in good standing At least two years of professional esthetics experience Demonstrated hands on experience with microneedling and dermaplaning Strong client consultation, treatment planning, product recommendation, and client care skills Preferred Experience Three or more years of professional esthetics experience Hands on experience with MOXI and BBL HEROic Applicable training or certifications Services may be performed only within the employee's lawful scope of practice and with any required credentials, training, supervision or delegation, Company authorization, and protocols. Compensation and Incentives Payment is entirely commission based. Service commission for all services sold. Product sales commission (tiered commission percentage based on product sold) Up to $7,500 new client and retention bonus Commissions and bonuses are subject to applicable written agreement.
