The Role You'll perform laser hair removal treatments, conduct client consultations, and be the person our clients trust with their care. No prior laser experience required. We provide complete hands-on training and certification under our medical director, including supervised proctored cases before you treat independently. What You'll Do Perform laser hair removal treatments following established clinical protocols Conduct consultations, assess skin and hair type, set clear expectations about results Build genuine long-term relationships with a loyal, repeat client base Maintain meticulous treatment records and follow safety protocols precisely Keep the treatment environment clean, calm, and welcoming Who We're Looking For The technical skill is learnable in weeks. What we can't teach is how you make people feel. Our clients are often nervous, often self-conscious, and always busy. The right person puts them at ease immediately and earns their trust visit after visit. We're looking for someone who is: Genuinely warm with people. You like clients and it shows. You're comfortable with sensitive conversations and you never make anyone feel judged. Detail-oriented. This work rewards precision. Settings, skin assessment, documentation, follow-through. A fast, careful learner. Most people who are good at this are treating clients confidently within a month. Honest. We set realistic expectations rather than overselling. Our reputation depends on it. Reliable. Our clients book in advance and expect consistency. Backgrounds That Translate Well No specific license is required, but experience in any of these is a strong plus: Medical assistant Pharmacy technician LPN, RN, or nursing student Licensed esthetician Dental assistant or hygienist Phlebotomist Laser or medspa technician High-end spa, hospitality, or client-facing service roles If you've worked hands-on with people in a clinical or premium service setting and you're known for how you treat clients, we want to hear from you.
