The Fix Clinic is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our aesthetic provider team in Ashburn. We're looking for someone who loves aesthetics, connects easily with patients, and is confident creating thoughtful treatment plans that deliver beautiful, natural-looking results. This is a hands-on aesthetic position focused on injectables and non-surgical aesthetic treatments . We're looking for a provider who wants to build a loyal patient following and grow their schedule within an established practice. Your Role You'll provide aesthetic treatments including: Neurotoxin injections Dermal fillers Biostimulatory treatments based on experience and training Microneedling Aesthetic laser and energy-based treatments Skin rejuvenation treatments Aesthetic consultations Personalized treatment planning Patient education and follow-up Skincare recommendations when appropriate You'll be responsible for providing an excellent experience from the initial consultation through treatment and follow-up while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. We're Looking for Someone Who... Is a licensed NP or PA in Virginia Has at least 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience Is comfortable independently performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments Has strong consultation and treatment-planning skills Is warm, personable, confident, and professional with patients Produces natural-looking results and prioritizes patient safety Is comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and building comprehensive treatment plans Understands the importance of patient retention and rebooking Is motivated to build and maintain a strong patient following Works well within a collaborative team Is dependable and takes ownership of their schedule and patients Enjoys continued education and improving their aesthetic skill set Experience with microneedling, aesthetic lasers, biostimulators, and medical-grade skincare is preferred but not required. Products & Treatments Our practice utilizes a variety of leading aesthetic products and technologies. Experience with products such as Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, RHA Collection, Restylane, Juvéderm, Revanesse, Sculptra, and Radiesse is a plus. You do not need experience with every product or device we offer. Schedule This is a part-time, in-person position in Ashburn, Virginia . We're currently looking for approximately 2-3 days per week , including 1-2 Saturdays per month . There is potential to increase hours as your patient schedule grows. Compensation & Perks Starting at $55/hour, based on experience Additional earning potential is available through performance-based bonuses .
