We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on with clients, is passionate about skincare and beauty, and wants the opportunity to grow their clientele, build their personal brand, and develop their career in a welcoming and elevated beauty environment. Our ideal candidate is motivated, friendly, social media savvy, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.

• Compensation & Earning Potential 35% commission on services performed 100% of client tips Our services range from approximately $200
• 2,000+ , providing strong earning potential as you build your clientele All supplies and materials needed to perform services are provided by Limitless Skincare & Beauty Opportunity to grow your personal clientele and service offerings Opportunity to market and promote your services through social media

Example:

A $500 service at 35% commission would earn you $175 in commission , plus 100% of your client tip.

• What We're Looking For Must hold a current Virginia Esthetician License Hands-on esthetics experience is preferred We are also open to newer estheticians with strong hands-on training and experience from esthetics school Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients Professional, reliable, and motivated Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation Eager to learn and continue developing your skills Flexible availability within our business hours of 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team•Bonus Experience — Not Required Experience in the following areas is a plus, but absolutely not required : Waxing Lash services Additional facial or skincare treatments Skincare product knowledge Retail sales Client consultations Content creation Social media marketing•Social Media & Personal Branding We are especially interested in someone who is social media savvy and understands the importance of marketing themselves and their services.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with things like: Creating social media content Showcasing their work Promoting their services Engaging with potential clients Building an online presence Helping grow their personal clientele If you already have a social media page, portfolio, or examples of your work, we'd love to see them!
