Hi, I'm Christi, a Master Esthetician and owner of Skin Rituals Studio. I'm growing the team at Skin Rituals, and I'm looking for an esthetician who cares as much about the conversation as the facial. You should love tailoring a treatment, explaining the why behind your recommendations, and getting to know the person on the table. Build your book without building the business alone. Master Esthetician experience is preferred, and I would also love to hear from qualified licensed estheticians who share our approach. What you will do Deliver customized facials and other treatments within your active Virginia license, training, and studio protocols. Consult with clients, document their goals, explain recommendations, and guide appropriate home care. Create a welcoming, professional experience that supports repeat visits and referrals. Maintain treatment standards, sanitation, accurate records, and a well-prepared workspace. Work with me on consistent service, a thoughtful client experience, and the next chapter of the studio. What we are looking for An active Virginia esthetician or master esthetician license appropriate for the services performed. Strong consultation skills and a genuine interest in educating clients. Confidence with customized facial treatments and professional skincare recommendations. Reliability, attention to detail, and respect for client privacy. An existing client book is a plus. I also want to hear what you bring beyond your current book. Schedule and compensation Full-time and part-time opportunities are under consideration. Compensation includes hourly pay starting at $20/hr plus commission on services and retail sales. PTO and sick leave are intended for eligible full-time employees.
