Overview Join our dynamic beauty education team as a Nail Instructor, where your passion for nail care and aesthetics will inspire aspiring beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver engaging, comprehensive training in nail techniques and related beauty treatments, empowering students to excel in their careers. As a Nail Instructor, you will combine your expertise with your enthusiasm for teaching to create an energetic learning environment that fosters growth, creativity, and confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of beauty specialists while advancing your own skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Deliver detailed lessons on nail care, including manicure, pedicure, nail art, and advanced techniques such as acrylics and gel applications Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure proper technique and safety protocols are followed Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with industry standards and curriculum requirements Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to support student progress and confidence building Demonstrate a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skin care procedures Stay current with industry trends such as nail extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair coloring, hair threading, and makeup application Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare, esthetic treatments, and nail care techniques Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails and aesthetics Strong background in cosmetology, hair styling, barbering, or related fields with relevant certifications Ability to teach adult learners effectively through lesson planning and classroom experience Skilled in student supervision, mentoring, and providing clear guidance on technical procedures Familiarity with anatomy relevant to skin care and body treatments as well as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts and foster an engaging learning environment Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments or dermabrasion is a plus Embark on this rewarding journey where your expertise helps shape talented professionals ready to make their mark in the beauty industry!
