Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies with precision and care. Deliver specialized spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to enhance clients' natural beauty. Conduct skin analysis and recommend tailored skincare routines using professional product demos to educate clients on effective home care. Provide expert esthetician services like eyelash extensions, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments that meet client expectations. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sterilization protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication skills, understanding individual needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Drive retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that align with clients' goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician or equivalent certification in cosmetology or esthetics. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures. Knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain treatment options and skincare routines to clients. Demonstrated expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
