Job Description Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and laser treatments (ex. Venus Freeze, Venus VIVA, etc.), if certified. Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Recommend and educate patients on appropriate skincare products and regimens. Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area. Accurately document treatments and patient interactions in accordance with office protocols. Stay informed about cosmetic procedures offered in the practice and make appropriate referrals to providers. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone. Friendly, professional, and well-organized with strong attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus. Sales experience in skincare products is desirable.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited aesthetician or cosmetology program. Current and valid aesthetician license in the state of practice. Laser certification (required for applicable treatments and locations). Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician in a clinical, dermatology, or medical spa setting.
