Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Master/Basic Esthetician to join our RenuXpert dynamic skincare and spa team. Master Esthetician positions offers a base pay of $15 per hour with take-home tips on performed treatments, allowing you to earn up to $20 per hour or more. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, provide personalized skincare consultations, and create a welcoming environment for clients seeking beauty and wellness services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals while enhancing their overall experience through professional service and product recommendations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting where your enthusiasm and dedication truly make a difference. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction Conduct aesthetic laser treatments in accordance with safety protocols and client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote healthy skin habits and meet sales goals Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a positive experience Assist in retail product placement and sales to support business growth while providing expert advice on skincare products Requirements Valid license or certification as a Master or Basic Esthetician with knowledge of skincare and esthetic treatments Experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures Proficiency in spa services including waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their individual needs Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a spa or skincare environment Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining professionalism A passion for skincare innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service We're dedicated to supporting your growth as an esthetician through ongoing training opportunities in advanced aesthetic treatments and customer service excellence.
