Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Esthetician/Hydrafacialist to join our dynamic skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa services, including Hydrafacial treatments, lash lifts, brow shaping, and other advanced skincare procedures. This role requires a passion for skincare, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recommending advanced laser treatments offered in the office and creating engaging marketing content to promote our services. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including Hydrafacial procedures, dermaplaning, and other spa services. Conduct lash lift, lash tint, brow shaping, brow lamination, and brow tinting services with precision and care. Assess clients' skin conditions by visually examining their skin to recommend suitable treatments and advanced laser options available in the office. Provide personalized consultations to clients, explaining treatment options and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Maintain high standards of customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing their skincare needs effectively. Communicate clearly with clients about post-treatment care and skincare routines. Manage client appointments efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized treatment area. Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms to showcase treatments, share skincare tips, and promote the practice's services. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and new treatment techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings. Requirements Valid Esthetician license with certification in Hydrafacial treatments. Extensive experience with lash extensions, lifts, tints, brow shaping, lamination, and tinting. Ability to visually assess skin conditions accurately and recommend appropriate treatments or advanced laser procedures offered in the office. Strong social media presence with proven experience creating marketing content that engages audiences. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their skincare goals. Passion for skincare innovation and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Having an established client base/ social media following is preferred.
