Esthetician:

As an Esthetician at Elements Massage, your day is filled with creativity, care, and connection. Here's a glimpse: Start the Day with

Preparation:

Begin your shift by setting up your treatment room, ensuring it's clean, inviting, and stocked with all necessary supplies. Review your schedule to prepare for your first client and plan your day.

Client Consultations:

Greet clients warmly and conduct personalized consultations. Discuss their skincare goals and concerns to determine the best treatments and product recommendations.

Deliver Exceptional Treatments:

Provide a range of services, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion,or body treatments. Each service is tailored to meet the client's specific needs, helping them leave feeling refreshed and confident. Share your knowledge with clients, educating them about their skin type and recommending at-home skincare routines and products that will enhance their results.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and Empower Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable experiences that leave guests feeling rejuvenated and valued. Perform facials Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments. Develop personalized skincare plans and advise on home care routines. Address client concerns, including acne, aging, and sensitivity. Follow all sanitation and sterilization protocols for equipment and workspaces. Educate clients about products that suit their needs. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. Handle appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with professionalism. Qualifications Must be a Master Licensed Esthetician Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Great Attitude Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
