Virginia Plastic Surgery is expanding our aesthetic services and seeking experienced Aesthetic Injectors to join our team in Virginia Beach and Suffolk. We are hiring for both locations. This opportunity is designed for an established injector who has already built a loyal patient following and is looking for the clinical support, infrastructure, marketing resources, and earning potential to continue growing their practice. This is not an entry-level injector position. Candidates must have at least two years of independent experience performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments and an established base of patients who are likely to continue treatment with them. The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a polished, highly skilled injector who combines technical expertise, artistic judgment, and exceptional patient care. You should be confident independently assessing facial anatomy, conducting comprehensive aesthetic consultations, developing full-face treatment plans, and creating natural-looking results while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Just as importantly, you understand that a successful aesthetic practice is built on trust, retention, reputation, and long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

Independently perform neuromodulator, dermal filler, and related injectable treatments Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and aesthetic consultations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and appropriate clinical indications Provide safe, natural-looking results consistent with VPS clinical standards Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, risks, and aftercare Manage the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up Build and maintain a loyal, long-term patient base Maintain accurate clinical documentation, consents, treatment records, and photography Remain current on facial anatomy, injectable safety, complication management, products, and advanced techniques Collaborate closely with VPS physicians, clinical staff, and aesthetic team members Participate in patient education, events, photography, social media, and other practice-growth initiatives as appropriate

Required:

Active Virginia RN, NP, or PA license Minimum two years of independent aesthetic injecting experience Established injectable patient following Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Advanced understanding of facial anatomy and injectable safety Strong aesthetic judgment and portfolio of results Excellent consultation, communication, and bedside manner Demonstrated ability to build patient loyalty and retention Professional, dependable, organized, and collaborative Experience within a plastic surgery, dermatology, or established medical aesthetics practice is strongly preferred. Additional experience with biostimulators, lasers, energy-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, or other advanced aesthetic modalities is a plus.
