Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician who is passionate about holistic beauty, Korean skincare philosophy , and clinical results . If you are a skilled, compassionate esthetician who thrives in a collaborative and client-centered environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Perform customized facials, advanced treatments (such as microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, etc.), and body treatments Educate clients on proper skincare and recommend products and treatment plans Maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow infection control protocols Track client progress, provide follow-ups, and contribute to long-term skin goals Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to excellence and innovation Stay up-to-date with Korean beauty trends and industry advancements Requirements Current Master Esthetician license in Virginia 1+ years of hands-on esthetics experience (spa, med spa experience) preferred Comfort with or willingness to train in K-beauty protocols and medical-grade treatments Strong communication and client-care skills Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
