Master Esthetician / Medical Esthetician Performance-Based Medical Aesthetics Position We are a physician-owned medical aesthetics practice seeking a motivated and experienced esthetician to join our growing clinic. This role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys building long-term client relationships, selling treatment plans and skincare programs, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. We are focused on results-oriented skin treatments, patient retention, and creating an exceptional client experience in a medical aesthetics setting. • 90,000+ Services Performed Hydrafacial Advanced facials Chemical peels Microneedling Dermaplaning Acne and corrective skincare programs Skincare consultations Product recommendations and retail sales IPL Fractional Laser RF microneedling Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is confident recommending treatment plans and skincare programs Has strong consultation and client conversion skills Understands client retention and rebooking Is comfortable with performance-based compensation Wants to build a long-term clientele within a physician-led clinic Requirements Virginia Esthetician License Minimum 2 years experience preferred Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or med spa environment preferred Strong communication and professionalism Experience with Hydrafacial and corrective skincare preferred Preferred Qualifications Existing clientele Experience selling treatment packages and memberships Retail sales experience Microneedling experience Laser experience Strong social media presence is a plus Performance Expectations After onboarding and ramp-up period: Monthly production goal: $10K+ Strong client retention and rebooking Retail attachment and skincare recommendations Positive team and patient experience Schedule Flexible schedule available Part-time or full-time
