Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and skin treatments using the latest techniques and tools. Maintain detailed medical records and electronic health records (EMR systems) for each client, documenting treatments, preferences, and progress accurately. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction. Manage client communication effectively by understanding their goals, addressing concerns, and providing professional guidance throughout their appointments. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards rigorously while preparing treatment areas and sterilizing equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Experience Valid esthetics license Hands-on experience with eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin care and facial structures, infection control practices, and tattoo safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions. Ability to stay current on industry trends in makeup application, skincare innovations, and new aesthetic procedures to continually elevate client service quality.
