Key Responsibilities Advanced Treatments:
Perform high-end aesthetic procedures, including skin tightening, resurfacing, and corrective skin care.
Device Operations:
Safely and effectively operate advanced energy-based aesthetic technology, specifically Candela lasers , Thermage , and
Ultherapy Medical-Grade Facials:
Deliver customized skincare treatments, including Hydrafacial protocols tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
Consultations & Skin Analysis:
Conduct thorough skin assessments, educate patients on home-care regimens, and recommend comprehensive treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, adhere strictly to state sanitation guidelines, and accurately document all patient procedures in the EMR.
Patient Care:
Provide a welcoming, luxurious, and supportive environment for all patients throughout their treatment journey.
Patient Journey Management:
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, orchestrating a seamless, luxury concierge experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
Patient Education & Conversion:
Master our menu of surgical and non-surgical procedures to intelligently guide prospective patients, answer inquiries with clinical insight, and manage scheduling and consultations. Qualifications & Requirements Active Washington State Master Esthetician License in good standing. Experience with Laser and energy base devices is preferred, but not strictly required. Proficiency in performing professional-grade multi-step treatments like the Hydrafacial . Ideally of 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting. Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude. A team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to seamlessly transition between treatment rooms and front-of-house coordination.
