Massage Envy Covington is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who combines excellent hands-on care with confident client consultations, product recommendations, and a drive to build lasting relationships. You'll create personalized skin care plans using professional products from PCA SKIN and Marini SkinSolutions. Depending on your training and the services offered at our location, treatments may include concern-focused facials, oxygenating and nourishing light treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and Microderm Infusion. Massage Envy's skin care approach pairs services with appropriate home-care products to help clients pursue their goals over time. We provide treatment space, supplies, marketing, and an established client base so you can focus on your craft and grow your book of business. This role requires evening and weekend shifts. What you'll do Consult with clients about their skin concerns, goals, and current routine. Deliver customized facials and advanced skin care treatments within your license, training, and Massage Envy protocols. Explain treatment choices, set clear expectations, and provide appropriate after-care guidance. Recommend relevant enhancements, home-care products, memberships, and follow-up visits. Build repeat business through excellent service, thoughtful recommendations, and consistent rebooking. Maintain a clean, safe treatment room and work with the clinic team to provide a welcoming experience. What we're looking for A current Washington esthetician license. Experience providing facials and an interest in advanced skin care services and ongoing education. Strong consultation and retail sales skills, with the ability to recommend products and services based on each client's needs. A professional, dependable approach and availability for evening and weekend shifts. A commitment to optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
