Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional personalized lash extensions that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, permanent makeup. Apply permanent makeup techniques such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, and microblading with precision and safety. Conduct tattooing procedures for cosmetic enhancements while adhering to tattooing safety regulations and infection control standards. Provide specialized services like eyelash extensions, lash lifts, body wax to meet diverse client needs. Maintain detailed medical records and client information using electronic medical record systems while ensuring client confidentiality. Educate clients on lash care routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction. Uphold strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification to perform advanced aesthetic procedures. Proven experience in performing lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, microblading, and eyelash extension applications. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, infection control practices, and sanitation standards within a professional setting. Familiarity with color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin and facial structures, and esthetic laser treatments. Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Prior sales experience in retail or service environments is a plus for promoting products and services effectively.
