Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and professionalism Deliver spa services including body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively while adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols Provide expert client consultations to recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products tailored to individual needs Conduct retail product demos and promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all treatments to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to foster trust and loyalty Experience Proven experience as a Master Esthetician with a strong background in skincare, spa services, and advanced aesthetic treatments Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment techniques, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures Skilled in providing waxing services including body waxing with attention to detail and client comfort Experience in offering eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and promote retail sales confidently Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to support their long-term results Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives through beauty.
