We're looking for a Master Esthetician / Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates! We are looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in providing thoughtful, personalized care. What You'll Do Perform advanced esthetic treatments and provide personalized skincare recommendations. Conduct thorough skin assesments and educate patients on treatments and home-care routines. Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and help guide their skincare journey. Coordinate appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and communication between patients and providers. Help create a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment a patient arrives through their follow-up care. Maintain accurate client notes, treatment records, and photographs. Keep treatment rooms and work areas clean, organized, and up to Vitality standards. Stay current on skincare products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends. Work closely with our team to support a positive, professional, and collaborative environment. What We're Looking For Current Washington State Esthetician license in good standing, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure. Bonus points if you have your Masters License or are a WLI student/alumni. Strong knowledge of skincare, advanced treatments, and skin health. Warm, personable communication style and a genuine love of working with people. Professional, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Someone who is comfortable educating clients and making thoughtful treatment and product recommendations. A team player who is willing to jump in, take initiative, and help wherever needed. Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in their work. About You You're passionate about skincare and love helping people feel confident in their skin. You're knowledgeable without being pushy, polished but approachable, and you understand that the little details make a big difference in a client's experience.
