$25.00•80.00 per hour + tips + retail commission Are you an experienced Master Esthetician looking for a beautiful space to grow your business while becoming part of a supportive, talented team? Deity Skincare is a boutique skincare studio in Seattle's Upper Fremont neighborhood. Since 2012, we've built a reputation for exceptional, results-driven skincare in a warm, welcoming environment. Our treatments combine advanced technology, personalized care, and high-performance products to deliver luxurious experiences and lasting results. We're looking for an experienced Washington State licensed Master Esthetician to join our team approximately 30 hours per week (3-4 days) with room to grow . Ideally, you already have an established clientele that you're excited to continue serving while also welcoming new clients from our loyal and growing client base. We're looking for someone who: Holds a current Washington State Master Esthetician license Lives in the Seattle area and can reliably commute to our Fremont studio Has at least 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience Has experience building a clientele•ideally has an established a client base Is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences Is confident performing customized facials and facial/body waxing Has experience microneedling (a plus) Is excited to continue learning and expanding their skills Is personable, professional, and enjoys building lasting client relationships Is detail-oriented, dependable, and a true team player Is comfortable recommending retail products that support clients' skincare goals Has experience with dermaplaning Has experience with brow laminations and lash lifts (a plus) Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments based on thorough skin analysis Provide facial and body waxing services with precision and attention to detail Perform advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microcurrent, and other modalities (training provided as needed) Educate clients on home care and recommend appropriate skincare products Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Assist with front desk responsibilities between appointments, including greeting guests and scheduling appointments Contribute positively to our collaborative and supportive team culture Schedule Approximately 30 hours per week 3-4 days per week Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Some evening availability is preferred What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation following paid training Retail commission Tips Paid time off Retirement contribution for eligible employees Health care contribution for eligible employees Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing education and advanced training opportunities A beautiful boutique work environment An established, loyal clientele with consistent opportunities for growth A collaborative team that genuinely enjoys supporting one another If you're an experienced esthetician who takes pride in your work, values meaningful client relationships, and is looking for a long-term professional home, we'd love to hear from you.
