Esthetician License Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Aesthetician to join our team. As a Master Aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. This is a flexible part time position with opportunity to increase to full time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacial and Hydrafacial body treatments
• Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations
• Administer chemical peels, derma planing, and microdermabrasion treatments
• Perform BBL HERO, MOXI, SkinPen Microneedling, and Nd Yag laser skin care treatments
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and retail sales using salon software (e.g., JANE)
• Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional clinic environment

Experience:

• Valid Washington State Master Aesthetician license
• Proven experience/knowledge in providing laser aesthetic skin treatments and services
• Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits
• Proficiency in performing facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus
• Familiarity with EMR clinic software for appointment scheduling and point-of-sale transactions We offer competitive pay based on experience.
