For 25 years, we've built our reputation on exceptional patient care, clinical expertise, long-term relationships and a consistently positive reputation in the community. In 2024 we expanded our practice with a second floor, Skinlogic Elite , creating additional space and opportunities for our growing team. We are now looking for an experienced Master Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a selective position . We are not looking to simply fill a treatment room, and we are not interested in hiring someone just to have another person on the schedule. We are very particular about who joins our team. Our staff has exceptionally low turnover, and we take our time finding people who are the right professional and cultural fit. In some cases, it may take us quite a while to find the right person—and we're comfortable with that. Why Part-Time? We believe your time is valuable. Rather than bringing someone in for a full-time schedule and having them sit around waiting for appointments to develop, we prefer to build a schedule based on actual demand and grow it as your clientele grows . This position is strictly part-time to start , with the potential for additional hours and greater flexibility as you establish and grow your clientele at Skinlogic. We want you seeing clients—not sitting in an empty treatment room. Who We're Looking For This is a Master Esthetician position , not an entry-level esthetician position. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Master Esthetician is required. Five or more years of Master Esthetician experience is strongly preferred. We are not considering candidates whose experience is primarily as a basic esthetician without the required Master Esthetician experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is confident in advanced aesthetic treatments, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing an exceptional client experience. Required Qualifications Washington State Master Esthetician License — required Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Master Esthetician 5+ years of Master Esthetician experience strongly preferred Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments Experience with laser hair removal and IPL; please list the equipment you are trained and experienced on Experience with advanced chemical peels, including TCA and Jessner Experience with microneedling Strong facial and skin-care treatment experience Excellent client communication and customer service skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Extremely reliable and organized Professional, positive and self-motivated Takes initiative and personal responsibility Works well independently while contributing to a close-knit team Willingness to continually learn, develop clinical knowledge and share knowledge with teammates High level of integrity and professionalism Availability Because this is a part-time position, availability is very important. Our practice is open until 8:00 PM Monday through Friday , and we are specifically looking for someone who can provide evening availability.

Typical shifts may include:

Between 12:00 and 3:00 PM start time - 8:00 PM Saturday availability is required. We anticipate the successful candidate working Saturdays on a regular basis. As your clientele grows, there may be opportunities for additional hours and greater flexibility in your schedule.
