REPORTS TO

Medical Director

JOB SUMMARY

Deliver impeccable elective skin care services for every patient by providing thorough patient education on skin health, generating effective treatment plans, and recommending appropriate homecare products to achieve excellent results. Work harmoniously with the Medical Director and all staff. Ensure every patient is completely satisfied with their elective skin care services and products recommended and continues to return to the practice for high quality skin care treatment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High school diploma; college degree preferred 2. Two-years experience in a medical office or spa working in aesthetics

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatment, elective services and products 2. Strong, enthusiastic commitment to increasing knowledge base of and skill set in aesthetics, medicine and skin health 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member 4. Good problem solving and analytical skills with intrinsic drive to understand why and how treatments and products affect skin and body health 5. Be well-organized, hard working, with a can do attitude and attention to detail 6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 7. Contribute to promotional activities and consistently be a good ambassador for Denovo Medspa 8. Treat patients and co-workers with respect 9. Empathetic with patient's needs and concerns 10. Conduct one's self with the highest level of integrity and honesty

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

1. Base pay commensurate with experience and hours worked 2. Bonuses and retail incentives 3. Paid training both in house and at regional meetings 4. Generous product discounts 5.
