Job Description
The role of the Esthetician is to provide guests with excellent 5-star customer service Qualifications State of Wisconsin License Lash Experience/Certification required Provide 5-star customer service to each guest by educating them on all products and services offered in the spa and by providing each one with a pressure point experience prior to starting spa service Recommend appropriate products available for sale in the spa to allow guests to duplicate results at home, as well as give the guest a complete experience Take advantage of educational opportunities provided by Haven Salon + Day Spa ensuring minimum education requirements as posted are met, in order to maximize potential and future growth and success Be open to coaching and feedback from management and directors Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services provided Cleaning and upkeep duties of spa as assigned by Salon Lead Work together as a spa team in a positive, respectful and impactful way We value individuality.
