Job Description Illume Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa is looking for a skilled Aesthetician at our location in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is a skilled Aesthetician that has experience with aesthetic skin care procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and micro needling. This position requires an individual who is energetic, dynamic, has a positive attitude, and is extremely organized. The candidate must be willing to learn all services offered by our practice, educate patients on these services, and assist in growing our medspa business. We are extremely focused on delivering the highest level of care to our patients.

• Position does require traveling to other locations.

Responsibilities:

Skincare Treatments:

Perform a wide range of esthetic procedures, including laser ( Moxi, Potenza, BBL, HALO ), facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro needling, and other advanced skincare treatments. Assess clients' individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their skin concerns, goals, and medical history. 2.

Consultations:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to analyze their skin condition and discuss their desired outcomes. Provide professional advice and personalized skincare regimens to address specific concerns or conditions. 3.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and treatment techniques in the skincare industry. Educate clients about available product lines, including skincare products, cosmetics, and supplements, and guide them in selecting the most suitable products for their skincare routines. 4.

Client Services:

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients. Ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and offering post-treatment care instructions. 5.

Sanitation and Safety:

Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols, always maintaining a clean and organized treatment area. Sterilize equipment and implements, properly dispose of waste, and follow all regulatory guidelines and procedures related to infection control. 6.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with other estheticians, medical professionals, and staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client care. Communicate effectively with colleagues to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and learn from one another. 7.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product recommendations. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Requirements:

• Experience with Sciton/Moxi/HALO is preferred Valid esthetician license/certification.
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of skincare treatments and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each client.
• Attention to detail and meticulousness in following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts, including evenings, to accommodate client needs and Med Spa hours.
