Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Conduct spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to provide comprehensive beauty solutions. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and proper home care to maximize treatment results. Engage in retail sales by demonstrating products during consultations and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, or similar aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics required according to local regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs. Experience with laser treatments, product demos, and retail sales is a plus. Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
