After Hours Care Technician - $55 per call Andreason's Cremation & Burial Services - 5.0 Springfield, OR Job Details Part-time $1,000 - $2,000 a month 12 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Moving Driver's License Driving Mobile devices Full Job Description Our after hours first call staff is comprised of four individuals that share a routine schedule during the period when the funeral home is closed. The on-call hours for this position are 5pm - 7am three to four days per week. This position pays very well. The pay includes a flat rate of $55 per call for up to two hours work plus an hourly rate of $20 per hour if the call runs over two hours. Note, most calls take approximately one hour to complete. If you are a more active individual at night, or have experience driving for transportation services, then this position will fit your life style very well. Our most experienced staff member at this position has been working for Andreason's for over 25-years. This position requires compassion and maturity in sensitive situations. The removal technician's job is to carefully and respectfully move the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home. A kind demeanor, such as a person familiar with hospice care or care facilities, is essential. This position is rewarding because the families and people we are helping appreciate the services that we provide for them at their greatest time of need. Andreason's Cremation & Burial Services is Lane County's most selected funeral home. The staff her at Andreason's are helpful and friendly to each other. QUALIFICATIONS
Compassionate communicator Driver's license and driving record in continual good standing Must be insurable by our auto insurance carrier Cell phone literate (text, call, directions with google maps or other, etc) Sense of direction or able to follow apps like Maps or Google Maps Must reside within a reasonable distance to our funeral home Must have dependable transportation of your own Clean-cut appearance required (clean-cut, collared shirt, nice shoes, and slacks or blouse) Training will be provided for qualified applicants Thank you for your interest and best to you!
