Full Time Funeral Assistant/Crematory Operator Position:
Third Generation family owned and operated funeral home in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, serving approximately 200 families per year, seeking a full-time Funeral Assistant Position. Duties include crematory operator (if not certified, certification can be obtained), transfer of deceased into our care, property maintenance, vehicle maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and maintenance of funeral home, assisting with embalming and deceased preparation, running errands, working funerals, must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Benefits include paid holidays, end of year bonus, retirement plan, 100% paid health insurance for the employee, and vacation. On call every other night and every other weekend.
