We are looking for an experienced funeral service professional who takes pride in providing exceptional care to families and understands the importance of compassion, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout every aspect of funeral service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service are essential. Qualifications Candidates should possess:
A current Georgia Funeral Director and Embalmer license . Funeral service experience and the ability to quickly integrate into and adapt to an established funeral home operation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and family-service skills. Proficiency with technology and the ability to comfortably learn and use funeral service software and other digital tools. A valid Georgia driver's license, or the ability to obtain one, with an excellent driving record. The ability to independently manage the details of an active caseload, prioritize responsibilities, and multitask when necessary while creating a meaningful and personal experience for every family we serve. The ability to safely lift 50 pounds or more.
