$50,000 - $60,000 per year Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate professional to join our team immediately. This role combines office management, administrative support, and hands-on coordination of funeral services in a respectful, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, greet families, and provide compassionate, professional support Coordinate and schedule funeral services, visitations, and staff calendars Prepare documentation including obituaries, service details, and records Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy of all records Support the President and team with daily administrative operations Assist with service setup, organization, and maintaining a clean, welcoming facility Help ensure services run smoothly and on schedule Requirements 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and customer service experience Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Comfortable working in a funeral home environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Able to assist with light physical tasks (setup, organizing, occasional lifting) Important - Please Read Before Applying This is not a desk-only role .
