What You'll Do Meet with families to arrange meaningful funeral, cremation, and celebration of life services. Coordinate all aspects of funeral services from first call through final disposition. Prepare and file vital records and required documentation. Coordinate with cemeteries, churches, clergy, hospitals, nursing homes, and medical examiners. Embalm and prepare decedents when licensed and qualified. Lead visitations, funeral services, memorials, and graveside ceremonies with professionalism and compassion. Support families before, during, and after services with exceptional care. Participate in an on-call rotation with a collaborative and supportive team. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For Massachusetts Licensed Funeral Director (or eligible for licensure). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. A compassionate, service-first mindset.
