SEEKING EXPERIENCED FUNERAL DIRECTOR/EMBALMER

We are a family owned and operated, non-corporate funeral home looking to add to our energetic and successful team. We are an established group of funeral service professionals looking for a qualified, creative and caring new member to our funeral service family. We service 200+ families a year, with an active pre-need program within the Greater Springfield area. Core responsibilities include meeting with client families, preparation of loved one, guide and arrange services, at need and pre-planning, conducts and attends services and maintaining client files. Must have experience as a Massachusetts Funeral Director/Embalmer, valid Massachusetts Funeral Directors/Embalmer License and a valid state issued driver's license in good standing and be able to multi-task, prioritize, effectively communicate, be knowledgeable with computers and funeral service operating systems. Exceptional compensation and benefits package. Compensation adequate with abilities and experience, ranging from $82,000 - $90,000 with health care, 401K (3% by employer) and set schedule.
