Job Description
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a dynamic, licensed Pre-Need Funeral Director at Sunset Memorial Park in N. Olmsted, OH. We prioritize financially stable roles ensuring individual efforts are rewarded and recognized. Our Sales teams are go-getters; we lead the industry with personalized options for families to honor their loved ones. The Lincensed Pre-Need Funeral Director is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in assigned market areas including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services, and prearranged funerals. Responsibilities Actively builds relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their pre-planning decisions Excels in his/her ability to set an appointment, give a pre-planning guide presentation, and product presentation Provides professional park tours of each location within their area Completes paperwork timely, neatly, and accurately, including all specific requirements for contract processing Actively tracks all sales activity and ratios to measure areas of strength and areas that need improvement Uses CRM to track all contacts and ensure professional follow-up Contacts new and existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs Provides world-class customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do "Whatever it takes" Qualifications Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record Must have reliable transportation Current Funeral Director License issued in Ohio/ or Any other State Relocation (available) Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the cemetery and funeral industry.
