If you're retired, if you already have a funeral home (but you're not operating as the Supervisor), or if you're already working at a funeral home and want to earn another $2,000-$4,000+ per month ( $40,000+/year with case volume, bonuses, and transport work), reach out to us. Note that we are only looking for a Funeral Director/Supervisor. You cannot already be a Supervisor at another funeral home. Headquartered out of Philly, we generate approximately 15 removals per month in PA, or about one every two days or so. Because we use streamlined online forms, the client paperwork and initial payments are processed automatically. You aren't bothered until customers have paid and all the paperwork is done. You're only responsible for vetting families by phone in the usual manner and submitting finalized paperwork to the state. All cases are tracked and managed using a dedicated mobile phone app. Dispatch yourself for removals in the Greater Philly area, or coordinate with our pre-approved mortuary drivers. Plus earn more if you host IDs, Viewings, and/or Visitations. Responsibilities also include meeting with families who are picking up cremains at our partner facilities. Applicant must have a desire to help others and be sympathetic to families who have suffered a loss. They should have excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and writing skills; the ability to perform under pressure; have a positive attitude; be organized and well-groomed. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) preferred. Applicant must be a fully licensed funeral director/supervisor in the state of Pennsylvania. Funeral Home experience required. Computer skills a must. Applicants required to pass a background check and possess an active driver's license & clean DMV record.
