Job Description
We are searching for a full-time Licensed Funeral Director. Qualified candidates must be or be willing/able to be licensed as a Funeral Director in the State of Tennessee. We would also be glad to speak with aspiring funeral directors wanting to serve their apprenticeships. A Funeral Director with our firm must value and be able to accomplish the following: Celebrating Life - Certified Celebrant a plus•Personalize EVERY service Practice exceptional customer service Have strong verbal and written communication skills Be detail-oriented Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment but take the initiative to keep busy when business is slow Be open to change. He/she must be sensitive to the feelings of others and be able to feel empathy for the grief and stress others are experiencing.
