Arrange and conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies with professionalism, organization, and compassion. Provide respectful care for the deceased , including removals, transfers, embalming, dressing, comedizing, and casketing. Coordinate and oversee interment or cremation services, ensuring all details are managed with dignity. Prepare and manage legal documentation , including contracts, authorizations, death certificates, and transit permits. Support families with prearrangements and prepaid planning , offering guidance and reassurance. Utilize computer systems and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and the Electronic Death Registry System for accurate record-keeping. Serve multiple families simultaneously , maintaining high standards of care and organization. Job Requirements Strong embalming skills with proven technical expertise Excellent communication abilities to interact compassionately with grieving families and collaborate with colleagues. Meticulous mindset to ensure accuracy in paperwork, scheduling, and ceremonial arrangements. High level of empathy and compassion in all professional interactions Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as scheduled. Clean driving record for transportation responsibilities
