Full Job Description Essential Tasks:

• Sort soiled linen. Wash and dry linen using set standards and appropriate chemicals in washers and dryers. Fold linen. Maintain constant and efficient flow of laundry operations to allow for complete turnover of days linen. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Identify stains/damage of linen and handle appropriately. Conduct discard count and report to Housekeeping Supervisor. Stock linen closets on all floors. Follow all departmental rules and procedures in doing your job. Maintain assigned equipment. Report any problems with your equipment to your supervisor or maintenance immediately. Be aware of and follow all safety rules and use caution in doing the job. Sweep, mop and sanitize lobby bathrooms. Sweep, mop stairwells. Assist front desk in delivering requested items to guest. Other duties as assigned.
