In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence in both kitchen and laundry areas. Duties Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and storage areas through regular sanitizing procedures. Assist with keeping all public spaces clean and presentable to our guests. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens according to hygiene protocols. Follow food handling guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety management standards. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of sanitation practices, dishwashing techniques, and food safety procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen health and safety standards, including proper knife skills and food handling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in sanitation and cleanliness routines. A positive attitude towards teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
