Room Attendant/Laundry Attendant | Full and Part time Positions Available Join Our Family-Oriented Team at Ayres Lodge Alpine! Job Summary:

Room Attendant:

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all assigned guestrooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to an exceptional standard. The primary work place is located at the hiring site.

Laundry Attendant:

The primary duties of the Laundry Attendant include, the maintenance and all aspect of handling guest linens, which includes but is not limited to, preparation of soiled linen for wash, finishes, inspects, folds and stores clean linens. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values, Mission Statement, and Ayres Way. Follow company policies as outlined in the Team Member Handbook. Cleans and services assigned rooms and/or areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, sanitizing and wiping down room surfaces, cleaning drawers, spot cleaning carpet stains, and wiping down mirrors, windows, sliding doors, connecting doors, lighting fixtures, and artwork. Guest areas may include patios and patio furniture. Cleans and services kitchenette and coffee preparation areas, including refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, cups, glasses, and silverware based on hotel needs. May include removing soiled dishes from guestrooms and following appropriate procedures to return to service kitchens. Stocks each guestroom with adequate linen supplies, including but not limited to towels, washcloths, and hand towels, pillow protectors, sofa bedding, sofa linens, and blankets. Stocks each guestroom with adequate coffee service supplies, according to hotel policy. Stocks each guestroom with adequate toiletry supplies, including toilet paper, tissue paper, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, according to hotel policy. Evaluates all linen to ensure that it is free of stains, tears, burns, and treats linen appropriately based on condition. Keep linen rooms in clean, stocked and orderly condition. Adhere to lost and found protocols. Maintain guest confidentiality.
