Full Job Description Self-Service Laundromat Attendant
- Full-Time Big Waves Laundromat Santa Monica & Mar Vista, CA $19.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning washers and dryers Cleaning folding tables and customer areas Sweeping and mopping floors Maintaining clean bathrooms Emptying trash Restocking supplies and vending machines Keeping the facility organized and presentable Identifying and reporting machine or facility problems Maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire shift 2. Self-Service Laundry Customer Service Our attendants help customers have an easy and positive experience while using our self-service laundromats.Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers Helping customers choose the correct washer or dryer Explaining how washers and dryers work Helping customers understand machine sizes and pricing Assisting with card, payment, or basic machine issues Answering self-service laundry questions Helping resolve basic customer concerns Keeping the self-service area clean, organized, and ready for customers Creating a friendly and welcoming environment 3. Being Proactive We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action .That means:
Cleaning something when you notice it needs attention Helping a customer who looks like they need assistance Restocking supplies before they run out Reporting machine or facility problems when you notice them Finding productive work during slower periods Helping teammates when needed Taking ownership of the condition of the laundromat during your shift Schedule This is a consistent full-time position working 5 days per week .Typical shifts include:
5:00 AM- 1:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM Shift times may vary depending on staffing and business needs.
