Job Description

We're a general dental office who is in the transition of upgrading the office to the high-end level. If you feel that you're capable of helping us in the process, please don't wait and apply. We're seeking a motivated and experienced dental treatment coordinator. The treatment coordinator needs to have a knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. 3+ years of experience is preferred. Have clinical knowledge in dentistry. Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctors and executive team to present and follow up on cases) Marketing experience is preferred (must be assertive not aggressive). Knowledge of dental softwares (Eaglesoft) Friendly, highly self
  • motivated, reliable, trustworthy, excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills. An ideal candidate should be capable of completing of all the following day to day duties includes, but is not limited to
  • Recall, scheduling
  • Presenting treatments.
  • Social media marketing.
