$18.00•$19.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
AM (7:00 AM•3:00 PM) and PM (10:00 AM•6:30 PM) Job Summary Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Laundry Aide to join our environmental services team full-time. You will maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by managing facility linens and personal clothing. Key Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron facility linens and resident clothing. Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms and designated storage areas promptly. Operate commercial washing machines and dryers safely according to instructions. Sort and treat stained items with appropriate cleaning agents. Maintain organized, stocked, and sanitary laundry rooms and carts. Follow all infection control, safety, and hazardous communication policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Strong attention to detail and respect for resident privacy and property. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
