Job Description
Leaf Laundry is a high-end self-serve laundromat operator with two locations and a 4.8-star Google rating . We are seeking an experienced Independent Wash & Fold Operator to operate their own wash-and-fold business from our Foothill Farms location . The operator owns and operates an independent business while leveraging Leaf Laundry's established brand, customer base, and marketing support. This opportunity is intended for individuals operating (or intending to operate) their own wash-and-fold business. This is not an employment position. Candidates MUST have Wash & Fold experience; no exceptions. Responsibilities Operate an independent wash-and-fold service for customers Manage customer intake, pricing, payments, and service delivery Maintain consistent and posted operating hours Use Leaf Laundry washers and dryers for all wash-and-fold business generated through Leaf Laundry Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional Maintain reasonable tidiness in shared spaces related to daily operations Provide reliable, professional customer service Requirements Prior wash-and-fold experience (commercial or high-volume preferred) Ability to obtain and maintain a business license Ability to carry business insurance (general liability minimum) Strong organization, reliability, and customer service skills Ability to operate independently What Leaf Laundry Provides Dedicated webpage on leaflaundry.com promoting the wash-and-fold service Call forwarding for all wash-and-fold customer inquiries Monthly marketing Ads on Google and Facebook Additional marketing and referrals through Leaf Laundry channels Access to a shared office/workspace for wash-and-fold operations On-site signage promoting the wash-and-fold service Discounted use of washers and dryers Established, high-traffic laundromat location Important Notes Operator sets their own pricing and collects payment directly from customers Operator is responsible for all taxes, licenses, insurance, and regulatory compliance How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a brief description of your wash-and-fold experience .
