Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment. Assist customers with machine operation, payment systems, and general questions. Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously. Build relationships with regular customers and help ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. Laundromat Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming laundromat throughout your shift. Sweep, mop, clean machines, folding tables, restrooms, windows, and customer areas. Restock laundry products and keep the store organized and presentable. Take pride in maintaining one of the cleanest laundromats in San Diego. Wash & Fold Services Receive, sort, wash, dry, fold, package, and label customer laundry. Follow customer preferences and special washing instructions. Ensure every order is completed accurately, neatly, and on time. Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail. Dry Cleaning Services Receive and tag dry cleaning orders. Verify customer information and prepare orders for processing. Check completed orders for accuracy before returning them to customers. Technology Operate our Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Process customer payments accurately. Use basic computer and tablet applications. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable and punctual Positive with an excellent work ethic Honest and trustworthy Comfortable using basic technology and POS systems Detail-oriented and organized Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player who enjoys helping others Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous laundromat, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude. Schedule The schedule is generally consistent but may occasionally vary based on business needs, employee coverage, or special circumstances.

Compensation Starting Pay:
