3:00 PM - 11:30PM Pay Range:
$18.45 - $19.00 per hour Join Our Team at Canyon Springs Post Acute Canyon Springs Post Acute is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team. In this role, you will help provide a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment for our residents by performing laundry and housekeeping duties in accordance with facility standards and infection control guidelines. Essential Duties Ensure an adequate supply of clean linens is available for resident care and comfort. Maintain all linens in good condition and remove items with stains, tears, or excessive wear. Collect resident laundry daily or as needed. Label new residents' clothing and personal items as necessary. Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens. Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms in a timely manner. Follow all sanitation, infection control, and laundry procedures. Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when supplies are low. Operate laundry equipment safely and properly. Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Administrator. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience One (1) year of laundry, housekeeping, environmental services, or related experience preferred. Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual. Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
