Sort laundry items by type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards. Handle special cleaning requests, including dry cleaning or stain removal, with precision and care. Maintain accurate records of laundry cycles, loads processed, and inventory levels of linens and supplies. Collaborate with housekeeping or hotel staff to coordinate timely delivery of clean linens. Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines related to chemical use and equipment operation. Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of laundry procedures, including dry cleaning techniques, is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
