Laundry Service Technician II:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial laundry equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain and service laundry chemical dispensing systems. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation. Complete work orders, order replacement parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Partner with vendors, team members, and other departments to ensure efficient equipment operation. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You Will Bring as aLaundry Service Technician II:
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial or industrial laundry equipment maintenance experience required. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to preventative maintenance.Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in hot, humid environments around loud, moving industrial machinery. Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed. Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
