Duties Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment to expertly press shirts, suits, and other clothing items with precision and care Handle dry cleaning processes, including loading garments into dry cleaning machines and monitoring cleaning cycles Perform garment finishing tasks such as steaming, folding, and inspecting for quality assurance Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment and work areas using appropriate detergents and cleaning supplies Assist with laundry services when needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding garments Manage manual handling of heavy or bulky clothing items safely and efficiently Requirements Previous experience in garment care services is highly preferred Knowledge of garment finishing techniques, including garment pressing and fabric care knowledge Familiarity with dry cleaning procedures and laundry operations Ability to operate pressing machines and garment care machinery safely and effectively Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and workspace maintenance standards Manual handling skills for heavy lifting of clothing items or laundry loads Basic math skills for processing transactions and measuring detergents or chemicals Excellent customer service skills to assist clients with their garment needs when required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Attention to detail to ensure garments are pressed perfectly and meet quality expectations Join us in delivering top-tier garment care services that leave our customers looking sharp!
