This role goes beyond keeping machines running: you'll build customer relationships, promote laundry services, and take ownership of the customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick to learn, comfortable with point-of-sale (POS) systems, and multilingual. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, answer questions, and help them understand available laundry services. Promote services through helpful, customer-focused conversations and support sales using the POS system. Maintain a clean, orderly laundry environment and help ensure machines and customer areas are ready for use. Take initiative to address customer needs and contribute to a positive experience.
